Homerun Derby X Coming to Durham on September 7

Homerun Derby X, a dynamic 3 on 3 coed baseball event, will occur at Durham Bulls Athletic Park on September 7. Sponsored by Major League Baseball, the competition features four teams, each led by ex-MLB players like Andruw Jones and Jonny Gomes. Participants will experience a rapid-paced match with scoring opportunities through home runs and defensive catches. Tickets will be available soon, and Durham is one of only four host cities.

If you enjoy baseball, Homerun Derby X is coming to the Durham Bulls Athletic Park on September 7! Sponsored by Major League Baseball, Homerun Derby X is a fast-paced, 3 on 3 coed competition that features plenty of big bombs and defense!

Each player is given 2 1/2 minutes at-bat with the opposing team in the field. Points are scored by home runs on the offensive side, catches on the defensive side. Four teams will join the competition in Durham (2 semi-final games, 1 finals game) and be led by an ex-MLB player. Both Andruw Jones and Jonny Gomes are confirmed and will be competing in Durham.
